We present to you our latest project – a unique deck of cards hiding secrets and stories too alien and unusual for many to be comprehended by a human. What is the Labyrinth? A simple riddle? A winding road to walk? A symbol out of this world? Or maybe a reflection of the meanders and deeply hidden, dark corners of the human mind, to which only a few have access?

A treasure from the deep…

A deck of 55 poker format cards will be released in two color versions – amethyst and turquoise – enriched with intricate ornaments and black details emphasizing their dark and otherworldly character. The boxes for the individual decks will have a golden finish, as will the box containing both decks, which will also be enriched with gold ornamentation.

Can you find your way?

The leitmotif is a mysterious labyrinth located both on the reverse and the obverse of the cards. It is inscribed, among others, in a circle symbolizing infinity, absolute, and eternity, as well as a hexagon referring to unbridled powers far beyond the reach of ordinary people. Which way – and more importantly – where is the road leading to?

Signs out of this world

Fascinating colors, rarely found in nature. Turquoise symbolizing immortality and eternity, and the amethyst color that helps to keep a sober mind and control raging senses. Both are broken with royal gold and dark black, giving the decks a disturbingly fascinating character. What does it mean? The colors of the ocean depths, or maybe the depths of madness?

Dangerous power

On the fronts of the cards masked figures resembling people can be found, they contain something disturbingly alien and extraterrestrial though. The ornamentation of the illustrations was made with attention to the smallest details. It all forms a coherent whole, but how can you see it? Where is the solution?

Fulfillment:

Our first card project: The Enchanted Gems not only turned out to be a success, but its implementation gave us an invaluable experience that we intend to use with The Labyrinth. We’ve established contacts with proven printing houses, with quality of services we do not have to worry about. Cartamundi guarantees the high quality of the cards and tuck boxes themselves. The previous project also allowed us to develop our own packaging and shipping method, which proved to be successful – all packages were delivered, and a large group of our backers received shipments ahead of schedule.
